Most of those basically tell your engine it's running colder than it actually is (as someone just said). Which, without a doubt, isn't 100% safe or foolproof. Some of them Advance your timing and you'll see some claiming MPG+, which retard your timing. All a bunch of crap. Be weiry of anything...
