Sorry for the confusion. I have a 2007 Denali with the McCulloch HID Conversion kit. I spoke with Danny over at Ultrabrightlights and he stated that I need projector headlights. Unfortunately it doesn't look like they are made yet for the 07 Yukon.

Oh I was thinking it was an exact fit. I was asking because I currently have an aftermarket HID kit and was wondering the stock HID kit in the Escalade would 1, work and 2 be shine further down the road.

Does anyone know if the HID lights and housing on an 07 Escalade will fit into an 07 Denali? Just curious since it is the same exact body.

Your DRLs run off the same bulbs as the HID's, so that is why I pulled the DRL fuse. I don't want my HID lights running during the day and wearing down the bulb.

No need to remove the front fender to install the HID's. Just takes a little patience on removing the current and installing the HID's. Make sure you remove the DRL fuse, because when you install HID's it is going to run all the time if you have the lights set on Auto. Mine is set on Auto...

SBrown02 There is a gap behind the glove box, so the IPOD connect can run directly from your IPOD to the XM Tuner. Once you let the glove box drop from the clips, the XM tuner is directly behind it.

I figured it out. I had the playlist in alphabetical order before I moved it over to the IPOD. You can change the view once it is on the IPOD, but that doesn't affect the order it is played.

I removed both fuses, Daytime Running light (Fuse 30) and Daytime Running light 2 (32) and that was the trick. DRL's are gone, and the Auto feature still works at night for the HID's.

Spoke to Danny @ Ultrabrightlights, he said the output for the DRL's is the same as it would be for low beam.

Resolved I called JP Customs and they helped me resolve the problem. When your IPOD doesn't seem to power up, press the menu button and the center button for 5-10 seconds and this resolves the problem.

It took about a week. I got mine on ebay, this guy orders a bunch from Coastaletech, then sells them. They are brand new, and usually a couple dollars cheaper and he gives you the same warranty they would. He is the only person who sells them from I can see on Ebay. His store name is GNLSHOPS

I have the GMX320 as well, its a great product.

I will have to agree with GetWired, very easy install. I also have the IPOD Lockpick. Their customer service is HORRIFIC, they never call you back. I have figured out all my questions anyway. Coastaletech sucks for Customer Service, so just be aware!!
