01 tahoe HVAC controller not working

Hello am new to the forum. I have a 01 Tahoe LS and the HVAC controller will not work I bought a new one and is still not working. It does not light up and none of the buttons work. The fan speed control works please help if you can.

I assume you checked all the fuses? Looks like there is no power at all to the unit.

I am working as well on the HCAC and you should have at least some lights on. When you get that working, you might check also your recirculation activator. Mine was broken and you can notice that when you push it, you should hear more ventilation noise on the vent outlets. If not, your activator is broken an need to be replaced. I just did
