You can look at the option codes (i think in the glove box) and find out which is the locking diff code.

Dont think you can tell by just looking at the diff.

OR...

You could always just try to do a burnout and see if both wheels lite up! :)


(Belive locking diff is standard on ltz's now, not sure about early 07's)

Yes, look at the glove box codes if you don't have the original window sticker...it should be code "G80" if I recall correctly...other models can have it also, my LT3 came with it, but as was said above, I think only LTZs had it standard...
