215k mile suburban

Hello all new here first post. So I'm looking at a 215k suburban Lt 1500 5.3 4x4 from an auction in Deleware (not much testing I can really do before purchasing). While I know these last for miles and miles given the right maintenance, just knowing this is at 215k what are some recommended maintenance you personally would perform. Aside from all fluid changes and spark plugs.
