2nd row buckets to bench?

My 03 Z71 hoe has 275kmi and I have located a 2009 Z71 to replace it, if.......
I can change out its 2nd row leather buckets for a bench. The captain's/buckets are heated and power.

Has anyone retrofitted a rear bench where the heated and power is retained or can there even BE a 2nd row power seat. What are the potential pitfalls and 'make-sure-to's' please?
