97 tahoe with barn doors help please

I have a 97 chevy tahoe 4door 2wd with barn style back doors, my back left barn door is hard to open anyone have this issue and a fix for it?

Heres a pic of my tahoe. I recently lowered it 2/5 on 22" blades

Had to replace the hinges on my brothers tahoe when they went bad and froze

Hows it hard? Do you have to push in on the door and pull the handle? Could be the door handle is worn out, I took and bent the tabs on mine and it helped.... suspect I need a new one tho....

Yea have to push and jerk on door while holding handle open

Im havin the same problem on my 95. havent had a chance to really look into it.. but i suspect it might have something to do with old seized parts within the door itself. gonna have to open it up and figure it ouit when i get a chance... post here when if ya figure it out, i will do the same

I had the latch on the bottom of mine really stiff, brake cleaner/ WD40 and it is freed up, still have the handle issue to deal with (it needs a new handle). Mine is a 1995 also....
