A year or so ago I had to change battery in 2005 Tahoe. When I did this we had cold air on passenger side and hot air on driver side. The issue was resolved by disconnecting the cables and re-installing them to the battery in the proper order which worked and resolved the issue

Does anyone know the proper procedure to disco/ re-install the battery cables? I can't remember which order fixed the above issue. I believe its disco negative first then positive. Then re-attaching its positive first, negative last.
