Cruise Control? Relay???

Fairly new to the site...hoping to get some help. I have searched the archives and didn't find my problem...so here it is.
I have a 07 Tahoe ltz and the cruise control only works randomly. Upon further observation It looks to not work when it is hot outside. when it cools down or at night it almost always works. Does that sound like a relay to anybody? If so anyone know where it is located so i can test it?

Well I have done some research on this and what I have come up with is I need to take it to the dealer...:yucky: I will post what I find out from them.

Go to the dealer and get a new brake light switch like 18.00 and takes 10 min to replace

What do you mean a brake light switch. I have the same problem on my 07 Denali. It works most of the time but every once in a while it wont engage for about 20-30 min.

Yep either that or you need the updated calibration from GM. If you pull the brake pedal up hard with your foot it should start working again
