Hi, so I have this situation where I bought a new tire last year to replace a damaged one on my 2002 tahoe LT and the shop put a larger size tire on without my knowledge. Low and behold my 4x4 started to have a whining sound over the winter. I just noticed the different sizes and am pissed to say the least. Does anyone think that the shop should be responsible and repair my 4x4? My tire size is 245 70 16 and the tire they put on is 265 75 16 for a difference of 2.1" in diameter

if you still have the receipt you might have a chance. i recommend getting the tire size corrected and the issue might just go away. i had the same issue when i had changed two front tires the wine started and year later after realizing it was the tire size difference i put 4 new same size tires and all was good wine went away. Good luck
