I'd say 2200-2250 RPM's running 265/75R/16 with the 3.43 gears...or is it 3.42....idk

I actually have a 99 tahoe with a 5.7 vortec.... it has a 3.73, 4 speed tranny, and tire size is 275/60R/15 bfgoodrich.... im curious to know what are the engine rpms @ 80 MPH in these 00-06 tahoes.... i run 2500RPM @ 80MPH....

Ive got a 2001 Hoe, with the 5.3 and I would say im just under 2500 at 80mph on a fairly flat road.

3.43 gears... 305/50 20 tires... just took a long road trip and was around 2350rpms at 80mph
