I have a 2002 Tahoe and when i brake you can feel the pedal push back and the front brakes feel lumpy. I don't know how else to describe it. I've had it for 3 years with 150k mile on it. I've never done the front brakes so i'm thinking new rotors and pads. Thoughts?

Check brake fluid level. I would have the brakes checked for air in the lines. Otherwise yes need rotors and pads.
