When does GM traditionally run their best deals? I've been in Japanese makes (infiniti) of late, and they really don't have big "event" sales, but the domestics do. I don't "need" the Tahoe right away, so perhaps waiting until they've been out for a while is a good idea. GM usually runs an aggressive 0% finance promo, and sometimes includes rebates and cash back. Spring, Summer?

I would wait until Jan-Mar or '07 for a good deal. After the new year, historically, they drop the price below 30K.

Year end sales are good too in attempt to buy the last remaining inventory before the new models come out.

Good luck!
