Has anyone replaced the bushings on the barn doors?

I was wondering if anyone has replaced the bushings on the barn door. I bought the parts fromt he GM Dealer, I just have no idea how to take it apart.

Any ideas?

OK, here's what's happening.

I have to SLAM my rear door to get it shut. When I open the door, you can actually pull up on the rear of the door. It's shifting around.

There are 4 bushings per door. I'll probably try to do it this weekend and I'll try to remember to take pictures.
