Headers for my 99 hoe

i would like to replace my exhaust manifolds for some headers. what are the Pros/Cons and what will i have to change/ add. i have the 5.7 L vortec with an Airaid cold air intake otherwise stock engine.

Nothing they sell shorty headers that bolt up to you cat y pipe as it sits now. Arb make a nice set.
