How to remove the headlight assembly

My new Hoe has water spots on the inside of the headlight plastic cover which really bothers me. How do you remove the entire assembly so that i can get into the inside and clean the water spots off. I removed the 2 long screws on the front of the light but it wasn't budging and I didn't want to break anything by forcing it.
