I've got a 2000 Tahoe LS with rear ac controls (only ac, no heat controls), but can I convert it to blow heat?

Maybe with a new controller or is there more involved?

You have to have hoses that run to the rear to carry the coolant from the engine to another heater core for the rear hvac zone, and a valve that controls the flow to the rear heater core.

The rear hvac should be on the passenger side. Not sure what hoses you are referring to on the driver's side unless you're looking at the rubber filler hoses to the fuel tank. If your rear hvac doesn't have the heat option, then more than likely you don't have the required lines, heater core, etc. needed for rear zone heating.

Ok JK you are right the hoses are on the passenger side and there are two. One looks like 3/4" and the other looks like 1/2"
