Tail light installation?

I just bought a Tahoe that had god awful aftermarket tail lights, so I got some factory replacements. I imagine this is something simple. The aftermarket lights had the nothches to twist and turn in the bulbs to the back of the light, however the factory one have just a hole. How do I lock the bulbs into the factory lights? I took a pic. Aftermarket with slots on the left, and factory on the right.

There is a thing called a "circuit board" (not the proper name, but the name none-the-less) that screws to the lens housing. Look on eBay to see what I mean.

I just did mine yesterday, and the engineer who thought this system up should be, well... not allowed to do this kind of work again! LOL
