Hey folks! Been a while since I was last active here, but here goes:

2001 Tahoe 5.3 LT Front & rear heat. Front heat blows cool unless under throttle. Changed the thermostat, new coolant, same results. Removed the Blend door actuator and moved the door to hot and cold manually, Heat still blows cool, but hot under throttle. put back the blend door actuator. Unplugged the heater controls (manual) Thinking there was maybe a vacuum hose behind it pinched? Only wire harnesses. Unplugged, plugged back in, heat seems to be warmer in the front.

Can a bad heater controller be the issue for heat or AC issues?

Thanks in advanced!
