Yep. They will have to break down your old set and remove the sensors, then reinstall on your new wheels. They just attach to the valve stems. You just might have to reset the locations. your manual will tell you how.
Yea, it depends on the shape if the inner lip or if the wheel has one. Most will work but you might find fitment problems if you have a wheel without a lip or is completely flat inside. It can still be done but you have to be careful when you mount the tires. :Chevy:
