Turn signal indicator clicker

So this week on my 1999 Tahoe my turn signal indicator clicker keeps making the sound even when the it is in the off position. None of my bulbs are burnt out and it operates fine, it just keeps making the noise. Any ideas or solutions??

Bad multifunction switch (the module the turnsignal lever comes out of)....

how easy is it to replace the switch

IIRC 2 torx bolts hold it to the column, and 3 torx bolts hold the plastic covers over the column.......
