What did you trade in, to get your current Tahoe?

I traded in an '11 4Runner that I had for 6 months. It was too small, got abysmal gas for a V-6, that has an "econo" mode. I don't buy 4x4 vehicles for good fuel economy, but still. It was very, very uncomfortable. I ALS missed the power of a V-8.( I had always driven big trucks.) The 4Runner was too small. I am deliriously happy with my Tahoe!! It IS literally my dream truck; it has everything that I have ever wanted!!

So, what did you trade into to get into your current Tahoe?

2005 Eddie Bauer Explorer v6 2wd. Got about 14mpg combined. had electrical gremlins and rattled like crazy. Had it for a year and then had to upgrade. Tahoe got 16.9 mpg last fill up doing the same driving that we did in the explorer, the fuel savings make up for the increased payment

We traded an '07 LTZ 4WD to get a '12. Love the looks and ride, quietness, and utility. Great truck! Plus, it keeps the wife happy.

Traded my 2006 F150 supercrew Lariat 5.4L V8. I loved that truck; had every option on it except 4WD and DVD entertainment. Got a 11 Tahoe LT with everything but nav. It's a great vehicle with better mpg but I think I'll miss having a truck bed available.

I tried to trade in my 01 ramcharger...They had to info on the truck so the offered me what a 01 ram single cab was worth($3300) I said no thanx and i just sold it on ebay for $9500...love my yukon and im picking up a 12 for my wife on the weekend...cant decide between a denali or a hydrid

2000 Lincoln Navigator for an 2003 low mileage Hoe. The Tahoe has inferior ride, traction doesnt hook up as well on snow covered roads, has to work to tow our camper the Nav didn't know was back there, gets better gas mileage by 1. Tahoe is getting replaced with a newer Low mileage Navigator next week.

Got rid of our Acadia Denali, bit too much like a minivan for my tastes. Tahoe is great, will be looking forward to doing some changes to get some more power out of the motor.
