Will LS6 Heads and Intake bolt up to a 5.3 block?

Title says it all, I mean will LS6 Heads and Intake bolt up to a 5.3 block without making any modifications?

Has anyone done this?

I am buying a 97-99 2dr hoe and would like to know if this is possible.

96 to 99 hoes have the 5.7 engine though.
