I tried both the box and del sphere, both sets of bushings broke with in a month. The del sphere knuckle split on the drivers side and just fell apart on the passenger side. I reinstalled the stock ones and they are working fine for now. I'm just trying to get something to hold up. I have 24" rims and I think that's the issue.

how much did you have them tightened down with the del sphere tool. Ihave 26s no issues and the other truck i had was on 26s and then drag radials no issues

We called Them and they said that they donot have a HP/TRQ rating. My truck is lowered 4" front and 6" back. I had a machine shop build bushings for the stock rear lower CA's and they are working great. They del sphere actually split. The box arms blew out the bushings twice. We installed them as per spec and also used their recommended grease. They just didn't hold for me. I run 20" track radials when we go to the track and that's when the del sphere broke.
