The only thing about Escalade is that they look so outdated (to me) once the new body style comes out. The are always sexy for the current gen but then they prev gen just looks so blah! None of the other GM trucks strike me that way.

This truck was fully loaded as far as I could tell, I didn't see one option that it didn't have. It was actually owned by an NBA player from my area that turned it in off lease, so I'm guessing he maxed out on options. What's funny is the dealer is trying to sell me on that fact... :rolleyes...

I dont think that's a good deal. I have a dealer in Delaware trying to sell me an '07 Yukon Denali w/ 21K on it for 30K. It doesn't have Nav, so I'm going back and fourth. I think if you throw out a low number and work from there you can get a great deal. Make them sell you a car... don't buy...

I took your advice and look outside of the 25 mile radius I was working within :cool:! What I found was a Black on Black 08 Yukon Denali w/ 12K miles going for 34K, now I'm willing to take the 65 milke trip to work numbers on the truck. But here's my main concern, the truck isn't GM Certified...

Bad news... I went in to the dealership today and they shot down my 30K out the door price. So now I'm just gonna sit back and see if they call me back. But on the other hand the truck had some flaws, one being the hood sitting higher than the fender on the driver side. Another was a squeaky...

That was a number I had in my head... I figure I come in lower and maybe end up there!!! True... But the economy still sucks! People aren't really spending money and US automakers are hurting. Its worth a shot!:)

Ok... I go back to meet with them this week. I'm gonna throw out a lowball and see what it'll get me. Has anybody purchased one lately to give me an idea of what they paid?
