    HID's for 2005 Tahoe

    Also be careful with the projector headlights off EBAY some of them come with H3 lamps and NOT the stock 9006 lamps, has anyone tried the H3 HID kits?

    Just had to throw my 2 cents in when it comes to Guaranty Chevrolet, that name brings back bad memories of dealings I had with their body shop. I would not recommend them to anyone.

    Removing Roof Racks

    Mine were metric also-M6-I found some dome type bolts and used some rubber washers and teflon tape on the threads, no problems, still need to paint them to match so they blend right in.

    halo projectors

    I got mine off ebay also, those look just like the ones I got, if they are the high beams are the same as stock, 9005 I believe, but the low beams are H3 bulbs which are completely different and I think you have to modify them to get 9006 HIDs to fit.

    Yes its for sale, its listed with Windermere, its on Friar Dr. right on Avondale Lake. By the way I had my tahoe lowered in the rear by Les Schwab they did a good job.

    Mine sit in there perfect, I was kinda surprised because I was going to spend big bucks on a set but I went for the cheap ones on ebay in case I didnt like them and I'm real happy with them, I still dont have the halos hooked up I will do that tomorrow if its not raining, I just have stock bulbs...
