I really do not see a way of putting in on backwards. It has slits cut out for the hinges and one for the cables/hoses that go to the glass. All of the slits line up and the crimp grove can only face one way. I think I have it on correct but I do not know if the flap piece has to be pushed in to...
I have a leak coming from the top of my rear hatch. I have replaced the upper gasket and the entire surrounding gasket. i do not see how the upper gasket is supposed to keep water out. is it only for when you open the hatch? Can someone take a picture of theirs so I can see if it is on the right...
I replaced both the drivers and passenger hinge pins and bushings. The drivers side fixed my sag. But the passenger door is still sagging and rubbing the latch rod. What else could be wrong?

It's a 4X4 with 112,000 on it.
I finally got around to taking some pics of my truck. I just got the truck so it is a work in progress. I have a long list of things I plan on doing to it. All I need is time and money.
Ok I went to the dealer and had them run my vin and give me the part numbers. I had the auto parts cross reference them and all went on with out a hitch.

Ok let me ask a stupid question about installing the caliper. I'm trying to push it in to both of the brackets (Over the rotor) at the same time. If a rest it on the bottom bracket then there is no way for it to go in to the top bracket. Is the correct way to do it on a Chevy? (This is my first...
It is a 4X4.
According to the parts house the calipers are the same. It is just very hard to get it to fit in the bracket. I don't think it should be that tough.
