    Mexico 98 Silverado/Tahoe 2500???

That's not a 2500. It may be badged that way but you have 5 lug wheels, that means half ton, 2wd. It's also not a Silverado but a Tahoe or perhaps a Yukon that someone slapped some other decals on. Use the VIN to determine what it is via a VIN decoder. My guess is a Yukon based on the grill but...

Help. Water in ac/heater fan housing

This can happen for a couple of reasons: 1. Leaky bottom windshield seal. 2. Under the cowl, there is a plate that the sealant can come loose on. You should be able to add some clear sealant to block it off. Also check to make sure the drain for the heater core is not plugged.

Check your distributor/distributor module, the computer needs a reference pulse before the injectors will fire.

    Head Gasket vs Block issue

The only way I can think of coolant getting into the exhaust through the block would be a cracked cylinder/block, but I'm pretty sure you'd know if that was the case. This would be very rare. Most of the time, the head gasket is the culprit, although an intake gasket leak could get coolant into...

    Upgrading the Alternator....

Any time you upgrade the charging system, you need to upgrade the wiring to handle additional amps. The local electric shop had a 225A alternator in stock that fit my Yukon, and I upgraded the charging wire and added a 200A fuse. The fuse protects from loose wires and high amperage circuits...

    99 Tahoe no heat

All of the actuators in these trucks turn about a quarter turn to move between their settings. There are 3 - the recirc door, the blend door, and the position (floor, vent, defrost). If the door is turning, and you can see it turning, then it's probably working fine. I would check to see if the...

AC high fan output not working

Yeah it took me a couple weeks to track down all the wiring diagrams after replacing the blower motor resistor and control panel trying to figure out why it would work sometimes and not others. Here's a link to some pics I took of the factory service manual for HVAC stuff...

AC high fan output not working

Check the connector that runs from the relay to the blower motor. I had an issue where mine melted slightly and disturbed the connection. I had to cut the connector out and replace with butt connectors. That connector is behind the glove box, wrapped in foam, above and to the left of the blower...

    Coolant Leak

Sounds like an intake manifold gasket or a head gasket, or both. The head gasket can cause both oil and coolant in the cylinder. The intake gasket would typically be just coolant in the cylinder, and leaking out the back, but if the gasket broke in the right place, oil could be vacuumed up from...

    Broken Vacuum Powered Brake Booster?

Sounds like you diagnosed it correctly. I'd get in there and replace the booster. BTW Welcome to the board!

    Rough running at low rpm

I'd guess TPS but you should test it first. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1KEd52QJMNc Did it run rough before you changed out the plugs, etc?

98 tahoe Blower Motor Resisto-Rear Ac

I'll keep any eye on at the junkyard for you. I'm headed there today for some parts. Can't find that stuff anymore.

    Brake line help

When I've had to replace them I just get 6 foot sections from the parts store and piece them together. I don't think you can buy them separately anymore.

1996 Tahoe. Bad Coolant leak, can't figure out

Take a look at the water pump. there are weep holes on the top and bottom, and I've had pumps where either one failed. When the bottom one starts leaking, it's tough to find. In my case, it would only leak after the engine was stopped and pressure built up as the temp increased temporarily after...
