TQ Converter maybe?

My tahoe does the same thing yours does and I have over 200k on the clock and I drive mine like I stole it. If you end up putting a new motor in I would stick in a 6.0 just for the fact they are cheap.

I say do nothing until it breaks........it saves money....

11k worth of damage and it didnt total it?

I change mine around 10k-15k it is at 225k miles and stills runs strong. I also use famous walmart oil! lol It has alot of miles on it so even if it does blow they are cheap enough now to replace.

Same thing happened with mine....I ended up having to replace both hubs up front. Mine had 190k

highflow cats dont come on a catback exhaust systems. I have also read that I the exhaust pipe size on catbacks are the same as factory.

I have 180k on mine and it is running fine just the usual maitnence.....cmon 200k! lol

I would get a Volant CAI. As for a cat back I wouldnt waste my money. I would just go to a exhaust shop and get a magnaflow, flowmaster, etc. replacement muffler.

I think I might know what you are talking about. I just put those 2 spade connecters in my factory harness then put on alot of electrical tape then zip tied everything tight against the bumper brackets.

I mounted my foglight ballasts to the bumper bracket if i remember correctly with lots of zip ties

I got those $75 hid's for my fogs off of ebay and they are working just fine
