2002 HD hood, grill, lights fit onto 2004 Tahoe?

I know I've seen where the 2002 HD hoods will direct bolt on the 2004 Tahoe, but will the grill and lights do the same? Just was told the grill wont work without the HD bumper, so is the HD bumper a bolt on? 3/4 ton frame vs 1/2 ton frame? But maybe they are the same in the front?

I want to assume they do, but wanted to know if anyone knows for sure. Thanks
