@ bigshowjoe, sounds like you may have a restricted heater core, you can try removing the smaller of the 2 heater hoses off the water pump and with a pressurized nozzle on your garden hose and see if you can clear it up by flushing it through the heater hose off the water pump

You need the lens. The lens cover is part of holding it in the headliner on the other end, they both work together to secure it into the headliner

Chances are it can be the HVAC BLOWER resistor module and connecter. Theres a special coverage policy for 10 years or up to 150k miles from vehicles initial purchase date.. if your still within that time and or mileage they cover it for free

So this was happening before or after you working on it ? If you have a bank 1 lean code with a high count misfire on #1 cylinder. My guess is going to be a bad fuel injector on #1 cylinder

Would then need scan data to see if the brake switch for cruise control is closed or open with brake pedal NOT APPLIED it should read closed they have 2 circuits one for cruise control and for the brake lamp switch. I mean you can try that. Also make sure there are no history DTC for the TAC...

On the 07 you may need to have the body control module reprogrammed with the software calibration updates there was a recall for that dont know if you ever had it done

Have you checked for a leaking fuel pressure regulator ? Remove the vacuum line thats connected to it to see if theres any fuel coming out if so replace fuel pressure regulator

Make sure you reconnected the purge control solenoid hose that goes on the inner side of the gas tank that will cause a vacuum leak when the purge solenoid is energized along with a emissions evaporative system leak

Have you checked your fuse, in the ip fuse block 10amp cruise fuse, for the most part unless you have an actual open circuit to the turn signal multifunction switch or a history code pertaining to the tac module the only thing it can be it the turn signal multi function switch
