I am not aware of any GM retrofit programs or parts to make bluetooth work...in the factory style. But, I know around here we have some auto electronics stores that can make this happen for you. You will have to check around, but I'm sure someone can do this.

I agree that the iphone can be used with your usb. My boss does this all the time in the newer tahoes. I myself have not.

It should work with the usb connection. Once you plug your Iphone in to the usb, it will go to "indexing" mode and upload you music. You cannot control your music from your phone, you must use the radio functions once the indexing is finished. Hope that helps some.
