In 2012 the only interior colors available are cashmere (tan) titanium (gray) and ebony (black). My guess would be you have gray or titanium interior. Hope that helps some.

not to state the obvious, but you did check your button on the dash? If that's not it, pop the fuse box cover, and track down the 30 amp fuse for the pwr boards. If that's good, then off to the dealer you go.

according to my books, autoride is not an option for any package equipment group, and only available (standard) on LTZ. If you're seeing this as an option on a 3LT, then GM needs to update dealer info. and yes...I would reccommend it also.
