Looks good! Did you have to move the lights back to make them fit behind the grill?
I'm surprised you didn't have more damage from hitting a deer! Tahoe's are tough!
Yes, they will rub some, even with the torsion bars turned up. I have a couple pics of that setup at the link below. I have no rubbing now with the Helo wheels.
Welcome man! Looks great..very clean. I agree with 992door about the running boards. When I removed mine it made it look like a completely different ride.
Welcome to the forum. I'm pretty new here too, but this place is great. I wish you had joined a couple weeks earlier--I just sold my factory wheels for $20.
I had all the work done by a local shop so I can't really tell you what they did and I don't have any part #s. I pretty much just told them I wanted 50 series flowmasters out the side. I didn't even pick out the tips, but was happy with what they put on it. Sorry I can't be more help.
This is what I have:

Mine are longer though.
Do it!! Removing the trim is easy...the adhesive is the time consuming part. It's a lot of work to remove the adhesive, but when you're done its worth it. I did not have a problem with paint matching afterwards.
I also have a '98 with the exact same 2 problems, but I've never fixed either one. I have heard that its usually the elements in the seat and requires the whole seat cover to be replaced ($$$). I used some fine grit sand paper to clean up those terminals on the rear door, but it didn't solve the...
Both of my doors have been acting up lately. I first noticed it one night when it was pretty cold and it seem to be worse when the temp is below 40. The driver side will only unlock with the key and the passenger side has quit locking at all. When I use my clicker the lock/unlock indicator in...
I think you want rotors from a 4wd, not 2wd. Just curious..why would you want 6 lugs? Your options for aftermarket wheels will be VERY limited.
EDIT: nevermind I see now that 3/4 tons have 6 lugs.
My non-Z71 has locking diff. so I'm not so sure that's a special option. The "Z71 wheels" came on every 4x4 Tahoe during these years. I've always heard the Z71 extras were the better shocks, skid plate, and decals. If this is true, any Tahoe could be turned into a Z pretty easily.
Most of that is wrong...they didn't come with fog lamps, grille guard, tail lamp guards, tubular side steps, special wheels, or two tone leather. All sounds like aftermarket add-ons to me.
