Does anyone know where HID bulbs can be purchased before the fasteners are added?

After driving your vehicle do you ever notice a static charge has built up? And when you touch a metal body panel (for example, when you get out and close the door) you end up discharging it by making the ground connection? How can this be prevented? It is much worse after adding the escalade...

Is anyone running the H13-4 HID kit? Did you have issues getting the bulbs to securely seat in the housing without breaking any of the three nubs/tabs off of the bulb? The stock bulbs obviously fit perfectly... however the HID bulbs I'm coming across need to be modified so the exterior tabs...

I would prefer the grey/stainless steel finish paneling (just like that which surrounds the vents) throughout my interior instead of the woodgrain.

Which would you do and from which company? The last thing I want is to be disappointed in ride quality and would really enjoy not being limited on how low I can drive or park. Airbags have been great on my other vehicle. I'm considering a kelderman.com kit or perhaps having a custom setup...
