I live in the snowbelt and this is one of the worst winters we've had in 25 years and it seems to snow every day (Al Gore would freeze his a$$ off here). Anyway, I do have 4WD but have not even used it yet this year even with all our snow because they do a pretty nice job on the roads here. In...
I have a Buick Grand National and have used Zaino on it for years and even on 21 yeaar old black paint it wins shows and looks awesome. I drag race it so it gets all kinds of muck on it during burnouts and it always cleans nicely and looks like a black mirror. The trick to Zaino is to only use...
Over the past 20 years we've owned a Blazer, 2 Jimmy's, a Yukon, Trailblazer and now a new LTZ Tahoe. We've never used the roof rack on any of them and I think it just gets in the way while washing and drying the Tahoe. In my own opinion, it adds nothing to the looks of the vehicle.

Has anyone removed those clunky roof rack rails on the 07 Tahoe? I wonder if there are any shorter bolts or plugs you could use to fill the holes? Any other options or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
They are both very nice vehicles, but you know... something always bothered me about that large open mouth style grill on the Yukon... Hmmm... maybe unusually large mouth's just are not that appealing!
I bought an LTZ although the Denali would have been my first choice except for that ugly front end design. It'd just personal taste but something just looks "wrong" about the front view of a Denali. Before 07 it was "awesome looking"... but now it's closer to "awful  looking".
I have 1,200 miles on my new Tahoe, just returning from a 800 mile road trip. The XM worked great everywhere but for the past 24 hours, it sounds like the signal is dropping in and out. It's worse near overhead wires but that could just be coincidence. Before I take it back to the dealer, is...
I just took delivery of a new Tahoe LTZ. It looked perfect but when I washed it, I noticed while drying it that there is a 4" long "crease in the roof in between the windshield top and sunroof near the XM antenna. There is no scratch in the paint. The dealer thought it could be from a stamping...
I just bought an 07 Tahoe LTZ. I'll pick it up tomorrow or Monday. I have a 2000 Yukon that has the lug nuts that are all "locking" nuts where you need the GM key-socket to remnove them. I was wondering if those locking nuts from my Yukon will work on the 20" wheels on the LTZ?
Thanks...
