    Rear AC Line Leak

It should be high pressure where the break occurred - since there's another expansion valve at the inlet to the rear core... (though I'm not 100% sure).

    ABS Codes

Hi all, i have a relatively cheap ODBII scanner which does not read the ABS codes....so I read about some guy jumping out some pins on the ODBII plug under the dash and then the truck blinks the ABS codes on the ABS light. Does this work, if so is there a site/thread that shows the pins and...

    Rear AC Line Leak

Hi Calicajun, I get plenty of air flow, before and after the problem. I think air flow is a separate issue from coolant leak?

    Rear AC Line Leak

Anyways, no replies. So I bought all the gear and found the leak, pic attached. Garage said they seen this before...I think it's a design flaw, but can't say for sure since this corrosion was under a grommet/hanger, and none of the others leak, but who knows, could be like it under all the...

    Rear AC Line Leak

Hi all, is it common to see the rear AC lines leak out the coolant (see picture)? The garage is telling me it is common there. Do I need a leak detection kit to diagnose this, or is there another way? Since the AC is blowing warm air, and the garage said it has a leak, I assume I can...

    Air conditioning Leak

hello all, brought my '07 hoe to the local garage to check why the AC was not working. They found a leak in the "rear hoses". I know little about AC. Long story short they wanted $1700 to fix it. Needless to say I just picked it up and paid the $100 fee to diagnose it. I'm hoping to fix it...

2007 tahoe engne light stabila track traction control

Yes, I have similar problems, as do many others...turns out Tahoe's are just mostly crap. Too much electronics and wires for a North American vehicle. I don't have a fix for you, but if you read though posts here long enough you'll find places to look for known issues, like loose grounds...

    2007 Tahoe vibration while accelerating

Hi All, my hoe vibrates as I accelerate, at any and all speeds. If I take my foot off the accelerator the vibration is completely gone. This is not a tire or tire balance issue. I just replaced two coils and associated plugs on cylinders 1 & 6 today since I knew I had these couple of coils...

    Air conditioner sensors??

2007 Tahoe LT 4WD Hi all, my AC is not working, the AC button light blinks when I try to turn it on. I jumped out the relay and seen that the compressor does kick in so it's not the compressor clutch. I seen in the schematics that there are two sensors, a A/C coolant sensor and a A/C...

2007 Tahoe ABS Light On - Can I fix?

clkelley will probably answer you... When I took the sensor out I found no dirt etc... on the sensor end, it was just dead for some reason. The rear sensors were different then the front.

2007 Tahoe - Help to find the low side of the AC lines

Hi All, I'm trying to figure out what's wrong with my AC. The compressor cuts in and out every 30 seconds or so and delivers no cold air. I bought a recharge kit (Duracool 12a) and connected the supplied hose to the only port on which it would fit (see picture attached). In the picture, is...

2007 Tahoe ABS Light On - Can I fix?

Got it fixed. After some reading on how these sensors work, I devised a test using an oscilloscope (not many people have one of these sitting around I guess). I found one bad sensor (i.e. no output waveform on the scope while rotating the wheel hub). I figured this was the problem, went and...

2007 Tahoe ABS Light On - Can I fix?

Thanks CLKelly, that's a good post and pictures for sure. I'm going to start this job tomorrow. Will post on how it goes. RN

2007 Tahoe ABS Light On - Can I fix?

Hi all, my hoe was intermittently showing the ABS light (+service traction control message and stabilitrak light/message) and now it's permanently on...Is this something I can fix? I'm thinking it might be one of the sensors at the wheels? If it is most likely this, can an average back yard...

2007 Tahoe LT Battery Good But No Start

I think so too. I checked into a Tech2 analizer which is running about $2k...any other options that you know of? Surely someone knows how to connect a laptop to the vehicle through some sort of black-box available from china... and get the same information as a tech2....

2007 Tahoe LT Battery Good But No Start

Code U0140 BCM no comms The bill says: U0140 code set, no comms with BCM. I attached the technicians troubleshooting etc... if anyone's interested. I plugged in my small tester before bringing the Hoe to the garage (innova 3100) and it didn't show any DTC's in the computer. Is this normal...

2007 Tahoe LT Battery Good But No Start

BCM Fried apparently... As suspected, a $1000+ repair. It took the technician 3 hours at $115/hour to find that the BCM (body control module) was not communicating with the rest of the truck - so they say. The BCM is $400, and they'll tack on another hour or so to put it in + tax on all that...

    Body Control Module

How'd you get it fixed? Check out my thread at chevyforums: http://chevroletforum.com/forum/tahoe-suburban-25/2007-tahoe-no-crank-45991/#post195034 Very similar problems, my battery went dead too. The BCM apparently needed to be replaced, at garage now, $1000

2007 Tahoe LT Battery Good But No Start

Still no go on the hoe. Engine does not crank over at all. The battery is fully charged, headlights are bright, locks don't work. The run/crank relay is engaged and I have power on the run/crank bus. Starter relay is not receiving signal to close/start when key is turned to start position...

2007 Tahoe LT Battery Good But No Start

This is the 2nd time I got out of bed and the Tahoe wouldn't start. Last time the battery was dead so I charged it, then it started. This time most things work, headlights, radio, dash lights, power seats and windows. What doesn't work is the powerlocks, dome lights, wipers...
