2007 tahoe engne light stabila track traction control

2007 tahoe lt 5.3 4x4 engine light is constantly on getting bank 1 lean code...also while driving stabilatrack and traction control shut down and then turn back on, while this is happening it hard shifts. the other day came out to car and radio clock read noon it was 7pm as if vehicle lost power while parked. anyone have similar problems? anyone know what my problem could be?

Yes, I have similar problems, as do many others...turns out Tahoe's are just mostly crap. Too much electronics and wires for a North American vehicle. I don't have a fix for you, but if you read though posts here long enough you'll find places to look for known issues, like loose grounds, chafed harnesses, etc..
