Per GM 87 octane fuel is recommended. I've been using that for almost 2 years and now I'm getting knocking. Anybody have any ideas why it's knocking now? Doesn't matter which brand of fuel, but I use Mobil almost allways.
I got an offer for an extended warranty for my Tahoe.
There is a very good chance that GM may go bankrupt and make all warranties worthless. Who in their right mind would buy an extended warranty until GM is in the clear financially.
I'm tired of everything in the way back just bouncing around. Has anyone found something for sale out there that keeps everything staying put? Does anybody have any solution?
Anybody have any recommendations for alarm installers in the L.A. area?
Someone who does a good job at a fair price. I dont expect a bargain, but I dont want a rip off price either.
Thanks.
Last night. If anybody on here sees or hears of 3rd row 2007 tahoe seats that are Charcoal Grey and light grey for sale in the Los Angeles area, please contact me. Somebody needs their ass kicked.
There was an accident nearby where some fools in a small japanese car lost control at a "high rate of speed" and spun head on into a yukon.
3 people in the small car died, one is in critical condition. The folks in the yukon were treated for bruises at the scene.
I dont care about the high...
That decided that the cover to the air filter should be screwed on?
And to really make it a bonehead idea the screws are star screws.
Every car I have ever had used wingnuts or some type of clip to access the air filter. You didn't need tools. Especially some esoteric screwdriver.
I used armor all and it does a great job, I like the look.
But, the damn step is way too slippery.
What is a good treatment that does not make the step slippery?
WHat has worked best?
I've been playing around with a few, nothing bad, but nothing particularly impressive either.
I used the armoral wash/wax combo, it washes fine, but the wax is nonexistant. I used that simoniz liquid diamond that you see on those infomercials. It was easy to apply and...
This is what I've found out on a Chevy forum. I'll be taking my Tahoe to the dealer in about a 2 weeks. I'll ask if they can do this. I'll post back then.
The option to disable the Autolock feature is no longer (since 2005) in the user menu within the DIC however the dealer can reprogram your...
I went to buy crossrails for my tahoe. The parts dept man looks up the part and said they are $86 per rail. I told him that someone on the phone said they would be $75 for the pair. He pokes around on his computer some more and figures out what is going on. Apparently there are "replacement...
Is there a way to fix small scratches without having to paint the entire panel?
I have a small scratch on my door, the scratch goes all the way through to the metal.
My tahoe came with the the side rails(not sure what they're called) but I need center rails/cross rails. Chevy sells them for about $170 after market.
Is there a reason not to get the Chevy ones?
