Warped rotors are mostly caused by someone using Impact wrenches on the lug nuts.
Great care is taken at the factory on these fasteners to be sure they are all
coming into final torque at the same time.
If you must, use the impact only to take up the slack.
But final torque should always be...
The pits are probably chewing up the lips of the seal.
Looks like you will have to replace the yoke & seal next time.
Its just hard to understand how it could be pitted there.

Did you personally see the pits?
Is it still leaking after replacing the seal?
You can call the parts dept. of a stealership, and find out if there is a recall for this.
I have never seen that problem myself.

2007 LTZ 20K miles
Just discovered that the rear door holds water after a rain.
Went to the store today and parked on flat ground.
Water was running all over the running board.
Opened the door, and the frame was dry, but lower door had water running out.
The daytime sensor on the dash works...
Not sure about the top sheet metal, but where the front of the hood metal touches or almost touches there is a pad put between to stop something like this from happening.
