I was thinking blend door actuator, because when you put it on Max heat it's HOT, hasn't anyone have problem with the blend door actuator or is it something common that goes bad?

I live in South Florida, so don't use the heater But I have a cold that's killing me. But my front heater, only blows heat if I have it to MAX heat, other than that it's blowing atmosphere air wish is cool. And ideas what that can be? Thanks for all your help

The box said 12000K, but i like the way they look, don't really know what they really are. I got a pair for the highs and the fogs from the classified but they are little more white/purpelish the lows are white/blueish
