haven't done much research on the autoride... im running an LT1. too bad the z71s dont come from the factory with a 2 inch lift and 33s. i wish there was a 4 inch lift that wasn't so $$$$$. i'd love to run 35s but dont have 4-5k to spend on a lift/wheels/tires.

You could always go with a 1.5 inch leveling kit. I have the ReadyLift 1.5 inch kit with 285/70/17 BFG TAKOs and i'm sitting just about level. If anything, the rear is still .25-.5 inch taller. I know someone makes a 1 inch rear spacer, cant remember the brand off the top of my head, but...

BTW, the caps on these wheels were plastic, so they would melt if you powdercoat them... took a while to find the right mix of semi-gloss and flat black spraypaint to get them to match.

Yeah, throttle is a LOT more responsive than stock. Justin got rid of i think 75% of the torque management (whatever his 'usual' is). I mainly wanted the boost in MPG since i commute about 75 miles a day. Got about a 2 MPG bump using regular 87. If gas comes back down, which i doubt will...
