I dont know.. ive torn alooot of rear-ends out with out messing up the t-case.. tuff lil t-case in these trucks... - maybe its something simple like a seal leaking? - but the rear-diff ya known problem.. and is expected specially w/ the supercharger, your gonna want to put in an aftermarket rear...
You can crank out the front torsion bars almost all the way - please never bottom that bolt out (tighten it all the way) - just leave a few threads showing, and make sure both sides are level - now the rear - putting in 3" blocks is the idea situation - however there is one problem, your going...
What i did was, i had my exhuast shop build me a custom Y pipe (because it is hard to find a good dual in single out muffler for cheap) i brought the factory exhuast in, which is Dual, and ran it back out the factory pipe single.. - you can use a sporty-more racey type muffler to make the sound...
I think you should keep it fuel injected, that would probably cuase less headaches down the road - keep in mind you can get independant systems to run the fuel injection so you dont have to run off of the factory computer - you could get a different intake and a different fuel injection kit -...
Ive seen it done, gotta move the heater controls down and cut the dash out for them to fit down into where the orig. cd player is.. and then modify for the double din to fit in and still have a way of using the orig. fasteners
Ok.. but just because it isn't posi doesn't mean it doesn't have a locker - look for the code G80... - just because u spin one wheel and the other turns the opposite doesn't mean it doesnt have a locker..
