Ok can anyone help tell me the difference between the 4l60E 4x4 and 4x2. I was under the assumption that the only difference was an adapter or something to be able to bolt up to the transfer case but other than that i was thinking they had the same gears and ratios in the two?? anyone know...

hey fellas just trying to see if anyone has any ides about a flexplate going out mine went out on me at 136K with the original starter still inside. i thought it was the starter at first but it looked good then i took a look at the flex plate and it was a mess, now i'm having to replace it...
