Well here is an update. It appears that the motor that controls the four wheel low is shot. They replaced it and it still does it. There is some sort of control module in the truck that also blew. Fuel problem is the evap canister, replaced. New tires. Total repair so far $1800.

Thanks for the reply. The code is 455. Large EVap Leak. I have tried several gas stations and they all do it. I did notice today that the new gas cap I bought does not seem to fit properly. So maybe that is threwing the code. But the reason i replaced the gap was I was getting small evap leak...

Now the question is what to look for?
