auxillary input

The radio in our 2011 Tahoe will randomly switch to aux when listening to radio. There is nothing plugged into the aux or USB, and going over bumps doesn't seem to affect it every time so I'm not sure if it's a loose connection or what. Googling this issue, it seems common among Chevy vehicles...
