You see I'm having a similar problem but on Bank2 side, passenger, all plugs show rich/fouled and O2 is black. Now this started when I ran through some water, hesitation started, loss of power. Tested, plugs, coils, changed coil wires, check cylinder pressure, everything good. ran Seafoam, octane boost, no improvement. Tested MAP manually, good, MAF working fine. So then, took off intake manifold, inspected/cleaned, cleaned TB, put back together with new O2 (Bank 2, Sensor 1) and started working great. Drove around for 2 weeks, then rains came, ran through water puddle again, and now having same issue!!!! Driving me nutz! Any suggestions? I don't think it's intake/TB.... could wiring be issue? maybe a short in bank2 electrical?? O2 wiring???

Note: No misfire codes, intermittent MAF/MAP codes, but both have been tested good.

The plugs on top are the passenger side (Bank 2). The driver side plugs show what I think is oil from getting sucked in from the intake ports that was leaking past the valley pan gasket and the intake manifold gasket.
Holy Cow! That's exactly how my plugs look! So do you think the Valley Pan gasket was the culprit? Could that also be the reason it misfires? Weird thing is that the 2 times that my truck has done this, was after I ran through some water puddles on passenger side, and the passenger side (Bank 2 ) is where my problem is.. What do you think?
