03 Tahoe No Lights on 4WD Selector Swith

I have no lights on selector switch, have replaced the transfer case motor, TCCM, still no lights. I’m currently stuck in 4Lo, any suggestions?

Yes, but it didn’t result in any change. The only thing left is the 4WD actuator on the front diff, but I don’t see how this would cause the lights on the switch to not illuminate?
