Does anyone know the fuse location for the cargo area 12V Power Outlet?

The fuse box is under the hood if you didn't know that. As for which one is the outlet, I don't know. You can pull them and test each of them if there isn't a diagram.

There are also fuses behind the panel on the end of the dash. You can see it w/ the door open, just pull it off.

there are diagrams on your fuse panel covers and in your owners manual between the to of the you should be able to find out what one it is.

You have all given good proper advice. The problem is I have already done that. None of the fuses are blown. It is as if the socket is dead. I have heard they have some type of fusible link but I don't know for sure.
