1999 Wheel Interchange Years

I just bought by 1999 4WD Tahoe and I need to put some winter tires on it, so I am looking for a cheap set of rims off of a 2010 GMC Yukon. Will the > 2000 Chevy Tahoe and GMC Yukon rims fit on my vehicle? I know the bolt pattern is the same, but what about the offset?
